8.3 Do Not Track. Our Site does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals.
9. Our Role When Managing Client Campaigns
When Digi Malik manages advertising, email, or CRM campaigns on behalf of a client, we typically act as a service provider/processor with respect to the personal information of that client’s leads and customers, using it only to perform the Services requested by that client. If you are a lead or customer of one of our clients and have questions about how your information is used, please contact that business directly; you may also contact us and we will direct your request appropriately.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, maintain business and tax records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and the purpose for which it was collected.
